IF YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THAT ITEM. WE WILL ISSUE YOU A PREPAID RETURN LABEL FOR YOU TO MAIL BACK THE DEFECTIVE ITEM. A REFUND WILL BE GRANTED 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE THE RETUN IS RECEIVED AT OUR MAIL BOX
